Right now you are reaching up to 319 of your fans and anyone who happens to be reading the artist news for today. And honestly, that number is quite big. But you mainly reach people who cannot help you.
From my perspective, what you are doing right now is the equivalent of putting a neon sign on your front lawn, instead of putting a (free) ad in the newspaper. Your sign might be visible, but it's not very targeted.
Cool sign, though. :) Very clear about what kind of voice actress you are looking for and what you expect from her. Also kudos for offering pay!
